- Order information: name, delivery address, email address, phone number and payment details (processed securely by our payment providers — we never see or store your full card details).
- Browsing information: IP address, browser type, pages viewed and cookies (see below).
- Communications: emails and messages you send us.
How we use your data
- To process and deliver your orders and provide customer support.
- To send order updates and, only if you opt in, marketing emails (you can unsubscribe at any time).
- To improve our store and prevent fraud.
Who we share it with
We share only what is necessary with: Shopify (our store platform), payment processors, delivery and fulfilment partners (including suppliers located outside the UK, in which case appropriate safeguards under UK GDPR apply), and analytics providers. We never sell your personal data.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for 6 years for tax and legal purposes. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe.

We use cookies to make the store work (essential cookies), remember your basket, and understand how visitors use our site. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Your rights
