Returns & Refunds
At Happyhome&kids we want you to be completely happy with your order. This policy explains your rights under UK law, including the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Your 14-day right to cancel (change of mind)
You have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your items. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us. To cancel, simply email us at worldkidsandhome@gmail.com with your order number.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
- For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the cost of return postage.
- We will refund you (including standard delivery costs) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of postage.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if your item is faulty, damaged or not as described:
- Within 30 days of delivery you are entitled to a full refund, including delivery costs.
- After 30 days (up to 6 months), you are entitled to a repair or replacement, and a refund if that fails.
- We will cover the cost of return postage for faulty or incorrect items.
Please email us a photo of the issue with your order number and we will resolve it quickly — usually without needing the item back.
Items we cannot accept back
- Sealed hygiene or personal care items (e.g. skincare, cosmetics) that have been opened or used, unless faulty.
- Items personalised or made to your specification, unless faulty.
How to start a return
- Email worldkidsandhome@gmail.com with your order number and reason.
- We will reply within 1–2 working days with return instructions.
- Once approved and received, your refund is processed to your original payment method within 14 days.
