Our Returns Policy

We want you to love every purchase from Happy Home & Kids. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
  • Tags must be attached where applicable.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
  • Sale items and personalised products are non-refundable unless faulty.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us worldkidsandhome@gmail.com  with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will confirm your return request and provide a return address within 24 hours.
  3. Pack your item securely in its original packaging.
  4. Send your parcel to the address provided. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.
  5. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refund Timeline

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you by email. Your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days and returned to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the payment.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please follow the same returns process and state your preferred replacement in your return request email. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@happyhomekids.co.uk with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
