We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.
Delivery costs
- FREE UK delivery on all orders over £50
- Standard delivery: £4.99 on orders under £50
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and a dispatch email with tracking once it ships.
Delivery time
Some of our products are shipped directly from our trusted supplier warehouses. Typical delivery time is 7–12 working days from order confirmation. During busy periods (e.g. Christmas, sales) delivery may take slightly longer.
Tracking
Every order includes tracking. Use the link in your dispatch email, or contact us and we will send you an update.
Delays and lost parcels
If your order has not arrived within 20 working days of dispatch, please email us at worldkidsandhome@gmail.com. If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
Incorrect address
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we will do our best to correct it before dispatch.
