2. Orders and contract

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. A contract is formed when we dispatch your goods. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable or was listed at an obviously incorrect price.

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged or shown on our prices. Payment is taken at checkout via our secure payment providers.

4. Delivery

Delivery is available across the United Kingdom: free delivery on orders over £50 and £4.99 standard delivery on orders under £50. Typical delivery time is 7–12 working days — see our Shipping Policy for full details.

5. Returns and refunds
