Welcome to Happyhome&kids. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a UK consumer.

1. About us

Happyhome&kids is an online store selling kids' clothing, footwear, home and beauty products to customers in the United Kingdom. Contact: worldkidsandhome@gmail.com.

2. Orders and contract

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. A contract is formed when we dispatch your goods. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable or was listed at an obviously incorrect price.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at checkout via our secure payment providers.

4. Delivery

Delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy. Some items are dispatched from international warehouses and estimated delivery times are shown on product pages and at checkout.

5. Returns and refunds

Your cancellation and refund rights are set out in our Returns & Refunds policy, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

6. Product information

We make every effort to display products accurately, but colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. Sizes are shown on each product page — please check size guides before ordering.

7. Liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. We are not liable for business losses — our store is for consumer use only.

8. Reviews

Some product reviews shown on our store are imported from our suppliers' platforms (e.g. AliExpress) and are labelled accordingly.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and you can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales (or your local UK courts if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland).
